What is your return policy?
Items from your order can be returned within 30 days if you are not happy with your purchase. They must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
How do I begin the return process?
To initiate a return, email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and that original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend insuring your return as Confetti Kitty will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damage during transit.
Once your return is received, you will be sent an email acknowledgement. Refunds are available as store credit only. Items returned used or incomplete will not be refunded.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if anything arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the damaged or defective item and we'll make it right!
Can I exchange what I received for a different item?
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item now, then make arrangements to return the item you do not want. This ensures the item you want is not sold out while waiting for your return to be received.
